7.1 Exclusions from Warranty and Compensation

Content removal, restriction, concealment, or account suspension by third-party platforms
The User modifying content, username, link, or settings during the service period
Decreases resulting from social media platform algorithm, system, or policy changes
Natural engagement fluctuations or interventions beyond the control of SSMARKET
7.2 Technical Errors and Exceptional Cases
If a service cannot be initiated or fully delivered due to a technical error caused by SSMARKET, SSMARKET reserves the unilateral right to choose one of the following options: refund, compensation (refill), or re-delivery of the service.
Such evaluations are conducted by considering the service status, duration, delivered quantity, and technical conditions.
8. Feedback and Reviews
All comments, feedback, evaluations, and reviews submitted to SSMARKET by Users shall be deemed the property of SSMARKET without any compensation. Such feedback may be used by SSMARKET for promotional, marketing, reference, and statistical purposes, provided that user identity is anonymized.
